Victain Ltd ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

This Website (victain.org)

The victain.org website is a static site hosted on Cloudflare Pages. We do not run any tracking scripts, analytics, or advertising on this site. Cloudflare may collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) as part of their infrastructure. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for details.

Our Apps

Each Victain Ltd app has its own privacy practices:

• Victain's Meal Planner — all meal, recipe, pantry, shopping list, and cook history data is stored locally on your device only. No personal data is sent to our servers. Free users may see ads served by Google AdMob; Google may collect device identifiers for ad personalisation. Premium purchases are handled entirely by Google Play Billing — we do not receive or store payment information.
• Victain Water — hydration data is stored locally on your device only.
• Victain Cal — calendar data is stored locally on your device only.
• RentalGuard — all inspection data, photos, videos, and rental records are stored locally on your device only. No personal data is transmitted to our servers.
  • Camera — used to photograph vehicle condition, documents, and receipts during inspections. Photos are stored on your device and included in PDF reports you generate.
  • Microphone & video — used to record walk-around inspection videos. Videos are stored locally on your device only.
  • Location — used to GPS-stamp inspection records and walk-around videos. Location data is stored locally within your rental records only.
  • Advertising — free users may see banner ads served by Google AdMob. Google may collect device identifiers (including advertising ID) for ad personalisation. See Google's privacy policy for details. Premium users see no ads.
  • In-app purchases — premium upgrades are handled entirely by Google Play Billing. We do not receive or store payment information.

Account Data

If you create an account with Victain Ltd (for team or app features), we store your email address and encrypted password. We use this only to authenticate you. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

Cookies

This website does not use cookies. Our apps may use local storage to save your preferences — this data never leaves your device.
